    For me, yes, it would. I'd rather either buy an honest bit of software or do without.

    It wouldnt be bad if it was removable.

    EZULA says add/remove programs gets rid of it... but it doesnt

    EZULA has a stud.exe that sits there and after the reboot installs AGAIN without u knowing!!!!

    BREACH OF PRIVACY!!

    On a practical note - Yes adaware is the daddy and has saved me and many a kazaa user that had yet to realise kazaa lite....

    but if we are speaking ethics and acceptability then my personal opinion (fwiw)

    adware - This is fine! if you are getting a free version, and you have been advised of the situation, whats the problem? It's no different to ITV. (better , no fuing corrie )

    Spyware - Wrong wrong burn in hell you gator loving bastards. (not called gator anymore cos too many ppl know the name)Sneaky, un-uninstallable lying sons o bitches, bandwidth stealing whores. It's like selling someone a stereo and not telling them it comes with a midget that will report everything you listen to back to HQ. Ok well maybe not a sodding midget, how about an electronic bug, is that more po c?

    Roll on the day OJ tries to uninstall kazaa, doesnt like that he cant get rid of Gator, and gets jonny cochran on the line!

    Easy now, F
    Do you think when Jesus comes back..... he ever wants to see another cross.......? *{God bless you Bill}

    I use opera which has a built in download manager
    works well for me
    and is nicely integrated
    also i had a few probs with popups recently and my faith in adaware was restored
    it's like a virus scanner now, and worth running once a week or so imho

    I second that.. Although I haven't had much use of it since I got broadband.

    And I also agree with funnelhead.
    Okay, so I do find adware annoying as well, but seriously. At least there is no time limit as to how long you are allowed to use the application (unlike sharewares).
