    If you partition the old way then you lose all your info on the entire drive OR, you could use Partition magic and try and keep all the info..... Just be ready to clench those butt cheeks
    I take it you mean Fdisk? I can get may hands on Partition magic so I'll try it. Surely its designed to allow you to partition after the OS is installed.

    Will clench butt cheeks before I click "OK". Already caused a mess in this area before................I'm talking about the partitioning, of course

    it's more "during" you click ok - the average repartition takes 4 or 5 procedures, and the worry is when it b0rks halfway...
