I just emailed vadim, they say they will be stocking the SLi version 'soon'. Unless jabtech comes up with something else I want at the same time, I'll probably wait for them.

I hope 5aboy doesn't mind me asking these questions as they are a bit off topic

    1. what program do you guys use to find out the northbridge temp
    2. what about the gpu temp - how do you find this out?

My first S939 build and want to check the temps as both northbridge (Zalman ZM-NBF47) and graphics card (Asus X550) have passive coolers. Mobo is a MSI K8N SLi.

    Thanks.

Speedfan is probably best all round, or nTune has a nicer UI. If the X550 has a temp probe (dont think it does). it will be in the video card options somewhere.

    Chuckskull - many thanks.

One final question () - if I have two sticks of memory (Twinmoss) recently bought here - they should report 'dual channel' in the Post Screen shouldn't they? They report single channel and I'm a bit worried as I thought they would be dual channel.

Try putting them in different slots, if you have four, usually two slots the same colour. not all RAM will run in dual channel though.

Have swapped from one set of colour to the other and they won't. So will give up.

    Thanks for your help.
