    Arctic Silver, conductive?

    After all this time using AS, i'm wondering if it's conductive?
    I've never got any of it on any hardware tracks but would it knacker or short out if i had have.

    no, its not conductive really, but it is capacitive, meaning current wont travel thru it , but eventually it will build up enuf voltage to short for a short time and then it will start to build up again
