    DM, Update for you.
I decided to get 4 Enermax Enoble 120mm fans becuase they run quiet and have good airflow (44cfm). In my P180b, I replaced all the Tricool.

    1. The rear case fan (exhaust) is now on PWR_FAN1.
    2. The top case fan (exhaust) is now on PWR_FAN2.
    3. One (intake) in front of upper compartment HDD tray in CHASSIS_FAN2.
    4. One in the lower compartment is connected directly to my Antec
TT650W 4-pin fan-only connector, which is also regulated by PSU (I think).

At Stock (No O/C) and with Bios "AI Quiet" enabled, the 3 upper fans are at about 900rpm +/-. Temps are:

    PC ProbeII - CPU = 24C, MB 45C
    CoreTemp - CPU = 37C

So I got that squared away, now since I'm running at stock default speeds, would like to make any needed bios settings for ram, cpu, video at least running at spec for those components. Not sure about the formulas for that exactly, but for example my C2Xtreme is only running at 1605Mhz and should be up around 2.93Ghz, vcore @ 1.12V (should be higher). All for now....
