Recommend me a NAS.. 4 Hard drives..

I need a NAS to offload the data access stress on the dual opteron's in my lab.. I have about £500 to spend..

I need something that is piss easy so setup,
    takes 4 hard drives,
and hot swappable when they need to go into the archive..

£500 will have to include hard drives that will add up >1TB (DONT HAVE TO BE 4 HDD, maybe 2 to add up to 1TB would have suffice for now)..
