300gig for MP3's..... Awful lot of MP3's
The external drives are exact same as the internals. I have 3 Maxtor drives (2 DM9 120gig and a DM9 200gig) and, apart from them running quite hot compared to my other 80gig WD JB drive (same machine so under same conditions) they are great drives.....
Ive tried these, and they are pretty good drives. The disk drives are now limited by the speed of the bridge, and so they all perform pretty much the same.
If you can, connect by firewire, I found this far and away quicker than the USB2 (almost twice as fast)
