Ok, ive done everything i can imagine! I even took the case off my Shuttle, put it beside the open window (its like 0 degrees outside) and it still crashes, so it cannot be overheating! Going to reformat and see if that works, if not, im RMAing the full lot!
Have u tried a different gfx card yet? There IS a fault somewhere, dont think it can't be this, as it does happen (I know as Ive had problems with my Radeon 9800 Pro which was brand new also).
Just done what Rabs and maxt suggested, stuck in my Club GeForce 4 Ti4600 and it runs perfectly fine! RMAing the card tomorrow and going to see what happens, thanks for the help everyone, really appriciate it!
