    Keyboard goes crazy, shift lock?

how do i disable this stupid feature?

every now and again the shift keys make the keyboard unusable, locks half the keys into caps, and changes all sorts of other keys,

i have to hold down the left shift and tap the right shift to make it go away, and that feels like it only works sometimes. sometimes i can't get the keyboard to go back to normal function and the whole thing needs a restart which is a big time waster

hope someone knows how to make tis go away forever, who the hell needs a combination of keys that makes their keyboard completely useless semi-capslock, semi highlight hold something or other

    what a mess

Is it sticky keys? I always hated that I think you can turn it off in the control panel.

As a last resort, you could always pop the shift key out with a screwdriver.

definitely seems like a software problem, and the shift key is used too much to just leave it out
