Battlefield 3 FOV setting not working...

I change the FOV setting to 90 but nothing happens. Is there something else I'm supposed to be doing to make it work?

Yeh it's saving when I do. I reboot the game and it's still set at 90. It just doesn't change anything :/

Make sure the folders for your BF3 files are set to allow you to read write fully, I had that prob ages ago and found the the folders were locked.

You can also edit the config file directly, just search for "PROF_SAVE_profile"

I have tried this now but it doesn't seem to work :/ I might just have to try a fresh install of the game because something obviously isn't right here. Cheers guys.
