Best Mods for Fallout 3 and New Vegas

Hey i've seen some cool mods in my time for Fallout, but I was wondering if you guys had any ideas (ones i've missed) specifically graphical mods, i'd like to make my games look as nice as possible! Thanks!

I used this guide (http://steamcommunity.com/app/22370/...37546147175081) when I reinstalled Fallout 3 the other day, has a detailed install order and recommended mods.

Fallout 3 Nexus' 'all-time endorsed' list (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mo...ltime/?adult=2) is also very good, just pick the ones that you want. Read the installation notes for each one though, some are heavy on the number of changes made to the game so conflicts between mods might occur.

Thanks! I'm gonna do a fresh install and try the NMC textures with some sort of ENB. My aim is to try and get my game to look something like the screenshots in this Kotaku article: kotaku.com/5932800/fallout-3-is-suddenly-the-best-looking-game-on-earth

i would recommend run the lucky 38 for fnv and nmcs texture pack for both
