I have the game, but haven't yet run it so its a bit tongue and cheek and for our younger readers/viewers may contain some swearing, but I was LMAO to this one :-

Hey.... I recognise this video.... I guess this is going to become a meme now after the whole Nvidia thing isn't it? Or was it already and I just didn't know?
Edit: Have to admit the refund bit at the end got me though.

Check out the Steam forums for the Arkham Knight game and all will become clear
Jon
I'm getting 60 with all the weird nvidia stuff turned off at 1440p.
From what I was reading this morning theres 2 options for playable framerates, you either win the lottery and the game "just works" as some people are having, and then theres some people managing to just brute force it. The weird thing about the brute forcing is even between Titan X users some have unplayable framerates and some manage 60 so I think it really is just lottery.
Yet another game on the list of why not to preorder. Thankfully I've never played any Arkham games yet anyway so I don't feel the need to play this one. I should take a look at them at some point though I guess.
I've only run the benchmarks so far so it could run different but I think I'm one of the lucky ones(doesn't happen often). I got a key online, for the edition with the season pass for 25 quid from g2a and they were nice enough to rectify the whole harley quin dlc problem by giving me a key for it. I will probably start playing the game properly once i finish the old blood.
I've heard, weirdly enough, that the benchmark actually runs fine and that its actually ingame that the problems begin. That said, the issues people are having vary so wildy its impossible to tell considering some people cant even start the game. One video I watched about it though was saying that performance was crap + 30 FPS capped ingame but that the benchmark ran fine and had 60 FPS cap, I haven't checked around reddit/forums enough to see if more people are reporting that though but you may be in for a surprise.
I don't think you can help but laugh with this one, and yes think so, have seen a couple now
Jon
They have pulled the game from sale, says quite a lot I think.

I'm getting less and less surprised each time a AAA game is released that is poorly ported, poorly developed, poor performing and full of bugs/exploits.
At the end of the day, why should developers put in time and effort to release a working game when people hand over millions in pre-orders? They have the money already, they don't need to worry about developing a good game, especially when people do not learn and keep pre-purchasing.
I have stopped pre-ordering games, and the more people that do stop, the more the developers will listen and start releasing working games. But that'll never happen... /sigh

Yes I agree with that, and its a shame as it seems to be happening more and more.
Its the same reason I have now stopped buying Early Access on Steam, I have only bought a few games through that but after all the fan fair and "regular updates" some games just seem to stop development or there is very few and far between updates. Or what I am seeing more commonly is "xxxxx 2" has just been announced or some other sequel that had that one feature you were waiting for which is now in the next game rather than the one you invested in.
Thankfully my game came with my GTX970 so I didn't actually pay anything for it, but I guess Nvidia did somewhere down the line.

The man is talking about paella
While there are lots of issues with it, they fortunately haven't effected me much at all. I have played ~6 hours so far and had a very enjoyable experience.
My only problem so far has been that after approximately an hour of play, I start to get nasty pauses every time the loading icon appears. Annoying but it does only happen during transitions and reloading fixes it for a while (sounds like a memory leak).....so far I have just lived with it.

I like the Batman games but haven't really felt the need to get the latest release, hence why I only have this as it came with my card, I will just wait until the problems are ironed out and enjoy it then.
In the meantime seems I am addicted to Euro Truck Simulator 2

Experienced problems with the game flickering when loading up on both my laptops with Intel Core i5/i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce graphics (i5-4210U and GeForce GT 820M in my Flex 15, i7-4710MQ and GeForce GTX 870M in my Clevo). Rendered the game completely unplayable.
Traced the problem back to the games Fullscreen mode and found a solution by replacing the graphics config file to load up Windowed mode and then switching to Windowed Without Borders, thought this might help a few people.
