As subject really. I just got my 3090 RTX and I'm after something like the above to play. I'd also consider a FPS. I don't like massive open world stuff as I don't really have the time to sink into them.
TIA...

What about the recent Hitman game? Not quite the action/adventure type you listed, but reviews are good.
Control is available on GamePass currently as well, and has some very good RT effects.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Just Cause 3 is pretty darn awesome. I have JC4, but didn't enjoy it half as much as JC3. You can just blast your way through the story mode.
Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition - another 3rd person game I had fun with. And currently cheap on Steam.
"Arrogance and stupidity all in the same package. How efficient of you!" - Ambassador Londo Mollari
"Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake." - A General
Yeah I started Biomutant last night. Played for 2 hours so far and I'm enjoying it. Apparently it follows the usual open world type traits of outposts to take over and so on but the main story which you really get involved with after sorting out a war sees a bit of a different take like using a submarine to take out one of the world eater bosses and another is a mech and so on. You also get 2 different play throughs as you have to side with one of the 2 factions of the war. One wants to kill the world eater beasts and save tree of life but the other faction wants to destroy the tree of life.
Only annoyance for me so far is the animals have their own language but instead of just doing subtitles when they talking the narrator tells you what they are saying but it is like a story which makes each scene last a bit longer than it should. However you can read ahead and skip the dialogue.
I know you mentioned no time for open world stuff. Thankfully as well as the autosave you also have the option to save whenever you want so can play as little or as much as you like
