    So basically most of the time, and never buy anything at full price. Is anyone still fooled?

    Exactly!

    At least if someone is thinking of getting something they can now plan for it.
    Though I have sometimes found when they do developer/publisher deals which aren't listed here, they are at the best prices.

    Nope. I've been thoroughly Amazon'd.... prices going up and down faster than a whor.... erm, I mean, quite a lot.
