You buy something from one of the collectors and when used it gives you a pumpkin head, I noticed this last night, looks way cool.
If you look on the GW website there is a riddle to solve, says something about witches brew and a headless horseman :

I'm assuming that something is going to happen somepoint tonight that will be interesting to see, nipping on now if anyone fancies meeting up and see if we can work out the riddle.

I had created a thread on this a while back, not to worry.
Mad King has just been and gone, it was pretty amusing. He appears every 3 hours so next time will be midnight GMT. Go to Lions Arch and stand in the circle infront of the giant cauldron, then you play a few games and at the end you are given a pumpkin crown that looks awesome. Took a few screenies :

Just looked back online and you are still in the guild matey, you are on the roster.
In one of the updates recently it added the option to be able to show or hide the cape via the inventory screen, also allows you to wear youre helmet in towns and outposts if you want to. I'm guessing that you're cape is set to hide at all times.
I got a pumpkin thing but it only stayed for a few seconds? Or is it not an actual item?
You replace you're helmet or headware with the pumpkin, just for laughs basically. Some other people were saying the same thing about the pumpkin crowns, they kept falling off. Might be a bug but not sure.
He stayed for arouind 40 mins when I was there tonight, done quite a few BAD jokes, loads of rounds of paper, rock and scissors then done a Mad King says game (Simon says basically). After he left you got the pumpkin crown in you're inventory which you wear like I mentioned previously and modelled by Connor in the screenshot.
If you drink the squash syrum with the pumpkin crown on you get a candle type fire coming out from the top of youre head, looks really neat.
Wonder if they will do something like this for Christmas ?

Probably will do, I hope they release the expansion early next year, that should be good.
EDIT: Might try and get some PvP going this weekend, haven't played GW properly for a while.

Yeah, I hope so to. Havnt been on as much lately due to no new content since Sorrows Furnace and done everything else pretty much to death on it (including the furnace). Got bored with the Titan quests, they are just way to hard with being smaller than 8 man groups.
Noticed on Play that Chapter 2 is going to be somepoint February next year, hopefully they will open up a few new areas before then so people that have completed it have something to play on till the next chapter is released, I personally prefer the PvE and theres nothing left for me to see on the game at all, hence why I'm on about once per week now just to keep the game updated and help out if someone is shouting for assistance.
This Halloween update one of the ghosts was talking about the pirate ship at Lions Arch and saying that it came from the far south, past even the ring of fire. Wondering if thats a hint on what you can expect from chapter 2 aswell as something to do with the Stone Summit.
It must have been an error, I have been on over the last week, and i saw my nakedness today without the cape. Went to inventory, it wasn't there :/ So i pressed G and I appeared Guild-less, so I assume next time I will log on it will work

If its still not working give me a shout and I'll kick you from the guild and reinvite you and see if that works, last night you were actually at the top of the roster under the officers and it was showing as you being online pretty recently. Quite strange this happening. I double checked who I had dropped from the guild and you wernt one of them at all, I only dropped people that hadnt been on for 2 month or longer.
They might even do another thing like the Furnace before Chapter 2, just to keep people keen.
