GW: Factions - no interest here?

I'm absolutely amazed. Guild Wars: Factions was released yesterday and there has been not a peep about it in the Hexus gaming forums that I've seen (if I've missed something then I take this back). In fact there's been virtually nothing here about GW for some time now. I still play GW as often as I can and still find it great fun but I guess I'm in a minority.

My copy of Factions hasn't arrived yet but when it does I'll try to do a review of some sort after I've played it for a while.

I get bored of MMO's quickly and this one doesn't peak my interest, I'm waiting for a big ass robot MMO's where I can customize and crap (that won't happen for 10 years... or more....). Or EVE, otherwise I'm not interested.

I didnt bother picking it up either as it turned out. It looks good but I was surprised it was a new game. Other games are taking up to much time as it is without going back to GWs aswell

Just got hold of Guild Wars yesterday, am learning the ropes after 5 years of playing Diablo 2.
Gonna be a while before i consider any add-on packs...

PS Am loving the native widescreen though...... graphics are fairly nice but not Oblivion standard of course!

Anyone finding GW incredibly jerky or laggy now?
It was silky smooth a few weeks ago but now it's almost unplayable when theres a few monsters on the screen!

i dont have alot to compare to, other than different online games (BF2), but seems fine to me.
I just keep dying!

Just waiting to be back online within the next 2 - 3 weeks now and should be online very often again. Return of Connor and his Hydra slaying antics !
