Skii, Coco and myself just tried this out.

Worked flawlessly, bar a bit of human error on my part initially. We took a few A10s up and caused havoc a few times taking out a number of tanks and anti aircraft units.

In true American A10 Pilot stylee they were all friendly, but hey - you can't read flags from 3,000 ft.

Skii was somewhat lucky after being nailed by a Shilka a good en, but the Shilka came off worse. Despite a being riddled with 20mm fire leading to a huge fuel leak, no HUD, a fire I could hear in my own cockpit he got it it back on the deck.

The coolest thing in that lot...and there are a LOT of cool things...

are the SHADOWS of the canopy edge rigid frames.....on the tarmac...

the glass doesn't show as a shadow, just the frames

that is just fantastic.....purely fantastic. EXCELLENT screenies....just gorgeous.

Just had some good flights with Geist and Coco. I've finally worked out the Maverick now and I'm getting good hit ratios - finally I can take those SAM and Shilka sites out from range!

What I'm still smiling about is that I'm having sooo much fun in just an A10.

Wait till we start to use all the other stuff!
