New digital camera

Having got back from San Francisco, I'm a little dissapointed with some of the pics from my Samsung NV8

I was looking at the Canon 350D or 300D (not sure which), there is one a guy is selling through work for £150 with another lens, memory card etc

Is there anything decent around £200 or is it a long shot? Don't know how much I would get so would rather get a cheap one that is half decent as I have no idea how much use it will get

300D is old! 350 is pretty decent

you can pick up a 2nd hand 20D for approx 220, or 30D for 350 on ebay
