professional camera cleaning?

Right my dads DSLR Canon 400d has been growing a fungus/mould or something (it doesnt seem to be dust), last time i recall he tried looking into getting it fixed and came to the conclusion its not the lens its the actual unit, somewhere in there its growing (you can see it on the viewfinder internally). I cant remember who he talked to or anything but i believe cannon and some other places did cleaning for this?

Does anyone have recommendations for a place that would do it? Want to get it as part of a christmas present, its been annoying him but hes never had the time to sort it .

either send it to canons service center or try london camera exchange, personally i would go the service center route.

if its not on the lens, but you can see it though the viewfinder, its probably on the focus screen - pretty simple to clean tbh

I've had mine cleaned at Fixation in London. They are a Canon Professional Service Centre as far as I know.
