psu no turn on :(

got a corsair HX1000w - it doesn't turn on at all

little worried it might be dead - where do I go from here? its 2 1/2 years old

Have you tried another PSU/mains cable?

started pc with hiper 770w , works fine , shut down and install HX1000 , nothing

It might be cheaper to try and ask your point of purchase to facilitate the repair, as the PSU has to be send off to the Netherlands.

When my bargain basement £29.99 OCZ PSU died, I spent 2 weeks bouncing eNotes back and forth with Ebuyer, before they finally agreed to a sensible value for the partial refund.
