What's the actual length of RMX Warranty? 7 or 10 years?

Hi,

I've been thinking about getting an RM650x, but have seen it's warranty quoted as both 7 and 10 years in different places, Which actually is it?

The RM650x product page says 10 years,
But the video on the product page says 7.

Amazon says 10 years,
But review comments written just a couple months ago say 7.

Is it a case that it was 7 but got upped to 10? So, the people who've received one that says 7 years on the box has just got one that was produced a little, earlier before the change?

I assume the RMIs are also in the same 7 or 10 year confusion situation.

A while ago there was a Hexus news post that a whole bunch of Corsair PSU warranties got upped to 10 years to match EVGA. So ye the reviews are probably out of date, but you might want to find the hexus post or wait for Greybeard just to be safe.

Cheers for the answer, I was tossing up between an EVGA 650w G2 or the RM650x, 3 years extra warranty for £3.50 more. Can't argue much with that.

I was looking at buying a RM850x for my first build, good to know it comes with a 10 year warranty.
