Need help buying a laptop

Right now I have these options and I don't know which to pick from

I really like the HP Omen one because of the QHD screen and its cheaper compared to others, but I don't know the wattage of the 3070 in these 3 laptops. And I don't want to spend £200 extra for few fps. If anyone here got any idea what the wattage of those GPUs are, I checked everywhere for a review on these products and they don't exist.

I am into working in Unreal and a bit of gaming on the side, I just want another opinion on whether going for HP is good or not, plus more info on the GPUs

The only thing is that you need to check what laptops use a MUX switch and which use doubled side RAM:
