    Reputable retailer of refurbished laptops

A family member is planning to start her nursing degree shortly, & needs a basic laptop with which to do her academic work. It needs to run MS Office at reasonable speed, as well as basic things like web browsing, email, etc. The budget is quite low though: about £200 maximum, unfortunately.

Can anyone recommend a 'reputable' retailer that sells refurbished laptops, preferably with some sort of warranty (even if it's only 6 months)? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

ITZoo is a good option. For actual models in that price range the

    Dell 3490 is a good option - 8th Gen Quad Core i5 (4 core 8 thread), 8Gb DDR4 Ram, 256Gb SSD, IPS 1080p 14" screen

There's one going for £157.50 delivered on Ebay:

Re: Reputable retailer of refurbished laptops

ITZoo regularly comes up on hotukdeals, looks like 12 months warranty as standard.

Re: Reputable retailer of refurbished laptops

Laptops direct have an extensive selection of Refurbished laptops.
Only a 3 Month Warranty it seems. That may change on more expensive ones.

Some surprisingly good deals for simple machines, and a really useful criteria selection:
