Not sure what PSU to get...

Hey, right im thinking of this set up for my next PC but im not sure on what PSU to get,
im thinking XFX 850W XXX Edition Modular PSU - 13.5cm Fan 80plus Silver Certified
but im not too sure, dont really want to spend more that £100, below are specs of the PC:-

Processor Intel Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz Socket 1155 8MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor

A decent 550W to 650W would do the job if you intend to go SLI. However,for gaming I would probably get a Core i5 3570K.

I would also get this motherboard:

In fact this would give your more money towards a better graphics card. I would look at an HD7950 3GB or a GTX670 2GB.

If you're doing nothing but gaming, yes it probably is a waste.

You probably don't want to go cheap on the PSU. I did and it failed after only a few weeks. I'm thinking about getting a Seasonic one now.

Aye, don't cheap out on a PSU. Just don't buy a needlessly big one.

Drop down to a 3570K and a XFX 550W should do the job
