Is it a good choice for me to use Corsair 750CXM builder for i7 4770k Haswell (OC) and 560Ti 2x SLi?
the system will probably have an SSD and 1-2 more SATA HDDs
I wonder if I could save a few more and go for 650W instead as well?
Many thanks

750W is right on the boarder line I believe.. provided that your CPU will be overclocked and 560Ti SLI, I think a bit of headroom would be ideal, like around 850W range.
I've put in your spec in our PSU finder and this is the list that came up.

That review shows a system with an i7-965 and two GTX 560 Tis in SLI, and they drew 449W at the wall. Which is perfectly fine for a 750W PSU, in fact if the quality is high enough then 550W is enough, although few 550W PSUs have four PCIe connectors.
What is your budget for PSU? I looked earlier at units between £50 and £70 (based on that being the cheapest price I could find the CX750M) and couldn't see too many things which were obviously better. Forget about 850W units for less than £70.
thank you very much, guys!
75 quids is pretty as much as I wanna spend on the PSU
hopefully I can find a decent 700-750w Semi-Modular/Modular (if that is possible)
That's the thing though: personally given the choice a modular PSU and a non-modular PSU with a fixed price point I would probably always go for the non-modular PSU since it will always mean better quality. Yes, it's nice not to have cable clutter but not if that means compromising on the quality of the electronics.
You may want to look at this - Under £70 Semi modular
