    When the bearings were fine there was no noise while bottom mounted in the case. But after a few years they wore out and started making a noise which no amount of insulation would have hidden.

    Well I would have gone for the XFX but bought the Super flower Golden green 550w 80 plus gold as it was going for a cheaper price being 3 months old and SH.
    2nd computer gigabyte P965ds3p, 7770 E2140@2.9ghz, corsair HX520 6 years stable, replaced now with E8400@3.9ghz and will overclock more when I'm bored.

    Thanks - It's only going to be a 4690K MATX so gone for the bequiet for noise reduction.
