if you have a 650 watts PSU that is single rail at 53a * 12v gives you 632 watts so thats a gold rated PSU
200 watt peltiers cost £30 each that generate power at 13 amp`s, companie`s would have to buy peltiers in massive bulk to reduce the cost, as any other watt peltier would probably be seen as useless for server`s and office desktop`s if thermoelectric coolers hit the retail market, which then would need inteligent PSU`s to plug the thermoelectric cooler back into the PSU loop

You need to watch that video again and read the paper I linked to. Non of the devices are delivering 13 amps, yet alone 200 watts of power, even using an open flame as the heat source.
Anyway, I've had enough of this. It has been explained to you, but you don't seem to understand the physics involved, and the information you are posting is incorrect.

Thread resurrection time. Just to vindicate everyone who plumped for the laws of thermodynamics in this thread - someone has released a TEC cooler and it doesn't fair very well.
