    Im pretty sure that the doctors out there have a substantial amount of tests they can carry out immediately after a persons death, for example checking the persons pulse?

    More like triage rather than murder. I don't know whether you are prounced dead or not though.

    If you can't be saved what is the difference?

    It's hardly murder if the donor is comatosed just prior to death.
    I believe it is done all the time. Speed is essential when removing organs.
    There's nothing like a Halal organ.
