Well, it seems the Dark Lord is well and truly back, and still dripping poison. The only thing that surprises me is that it took so long ....I mean, several days? Is he ill or something?

But it seems to me like a bit of an attempt to create The Tempest in a media, or at least a major storm. I suppose Osborne deserved it though, because he started the tale-telling, and the dirt is being shovelled Measure for Measure, though the whole thing is Much Ado about Nothing, so far at least. All that remains is to decide, between Mandy and Osborne, which one is Julius Caesar, and which Brutus? Or perhaps, Nat Rothschild is Brutus. The whole thing is a political Comedy of Errors, which if you're like me, is rather As You Like It. Someone really needs to gag Mandy, which really would be a Taming of the Shrew, and to Osborne would no doubt feel like A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Still, so far it's been all hot air, long on accusation and speculation, and drastically lacking in actual fact or material. So unless a lot more emerges, which is yet possible, I guess it's a case of All's Well That Ends Well.

Moscow's mission to the United Nations issued a terse statement on the Republican presidential candidate's letter, saying that the Russian government and its officials "do not finance political activity in foreign countries."

Yeah, right. Nor do the Americans interfere abroad. And the Pope isn't Catholic, either. Though I doubt this is the type of thing the Russians have in mind for political finance.
