I am not quite sure what they mean.
Do they mean that the stuff you produce in the game in a year you could sell on ebay for about $2k and hence it has appropriate value? Coz i sold my eve account for $150 after 3 months and if i held on for a year i suppose i could get a $1k if there were enough buyers.
Or does he mean the actual value to world economy that playing games produces. I am not quite sure there.
In any case - its time for people to notice games, and to realise that they are not just a silly way to waste time and that they are here to stay! But that they are not the only thing to blame for all bad things that happen.
Tough on mirrors, tough on the causes of mirrors.
gross domestic product im guessing... its a bit confusing what they mean.. seems that the people in the games are worth more (££) than the people in namibia??According to the analysis this gaming activity has a gross economic impact equivalent to the GDP of the Southern African nation of Namibia
