...have a look at the video!
Thanks for the link daveham, I was all excited for 30 seconds of looking at the footage then realised it was faked.

I honestly wish these people wouldnt waste our time they obviously think it was funny setting that up, well at least they told us.

    I just want the truth..

Have you ever seen the episode of the Simpsons when the rocket has the Intel Inside logo on it......if that was the case...I would really doubt it was real!

Probably but i dont remember seeing that but my memory is a bit ~hazey~ nearly all the time

If it had intel on it i'd doubt it as well, perhaps if it had IBM i might have believed it

even worse would you trust a Rocket/Shuttle powered by Windows to get you to the moon...imagine just approaching the moons surface and getting a BSOD.

....mind you those Shuttle PCs do look quite tempting!

You'd have to worry about the CPU overheating on re-entry

Or Homers packet of crisps getting stuck in the intake fan

I never thought that America OWNS the moon now ... imagine that.
A small update to who owns the moon, i found this news post today that says basically that the US owns the moon and China could if they wanted take porsession of it.
(Well thats my take on the story)

i think we did but it could have easily have been hoaxed
if u look at the pictures there are about three stars in the sky if u look at the sky from earth theres more like 400 billion also according to scientists there is no wind in the atmosphere so why is the flag blowing in the wind also all that business with shadows and the fact no one has been on the moon for 30 years-apparently and why if it took the power of a phone to get to the moon havnt we used the computing power we have now to get to mars easily?

thats a good point.. why havnt we ( the US ) been back to the moon in 30years? did we learn everything we needed to know about the moon and say we didnt like it? I know it cost billions of dollars to get to the moon but i would have thought we would have went back by now. Even now they are staying another moon landing isnt planned for at least 10years. I think there are even plans of building a moon base.

doesnt china have some kinda plan to build a moon base i read on one of the websites that the trouble is there is no water up there which can be used for pretty much everything making rocket fuel from the hydrogen in it or just drinking it once u get water i spose u can do anything to the moon plus there is this rare energy source up there but on the moon theres loadsa it i think it is helium 3 or sumthing like that read the websites its non nuclear non polluting the best energy there is apparently and it would sell for 10 million dollars a ton wow! if china got that they could do anything
