    well im building my first computer giving some good advice

    CPU: Intel i5 3570k 3.4 turbo boost 3.8 GHZ GPU: nvidia gtx 670ti: MEMORY 8GB G.Skill ripjaws 2133 ghz MOTHERBOARD: gigabyte z77x-ud3h HDD: western digital re4 500g SSD: Mushkin Enhanced Chronos 120g COOLING: CM Hyper evo 212 PSU: cosair hx750w MONITOR: asus 22in. 1080p LED CASE: COOLER MASTER RC-692-KKN2 CM690 II KEYBOARD: logitech k360 MOUSE: Microsoft Wireless Mouse 3500 OS: Windows 7 64bit

    Looks like a good spec, have you ever installed components before? My advice would be to take your time and install the CPU, heatsink and memory in the motherboard whilst it is outside of the case.

    Read the instructions for your motherboard carefully.

    yes i have installed components and OS before about 5 years ago but ive actually read some of the motherboard manual

    would it be better if i download the drivers straight from gigabyte instead of use the cd driver my motherboard came with

    Generally speaking yes, the drivers from the manufacture website should mostly be up to date.
