    Personally I wouldnt go for 6 core on this.

    for £1300 if I was building it for gaming would look something like this

    Case of Choice : 130
    PSU : Free
    Mobo : Z77 Sabretooth - 177
    CPU : 3570K - 177
    120GB Corsair SSD : 85
    2tb WD Green : 82
    EVGA 670 FTW : 350
    H80 : 80
    8Gb Dominator : 68
    Optical Blu Ray : 65

    Total Roughly £1214

    Would be my choice on that budget

    However I stand by my other statements. Sandy bridge-E is a damn fast CPU, if you will ever use the cores for which I doubt he will. So save the £300.
