I believe all of the above should be alright, a few questions though:

Will the case be able to cool the Video Cards?

    And

Am I doing anything obviously wrong?

    Thanks

    Nope all seems ok

I would reconsider the case though

This would be my choice for case http://www.scan.co.uk/products/72ant...op-fan-w-o-psu (This is a full tower better cooling and more room for items to be installed)

Also get one of these to control all the fans http://www.scan.co.uk/products/zalma...altime-display to either increase airflow or decrease to lower the fan noise

thats the only thing i would consider changing

    Hope this helps

I like the overall build too. I would have used Samsung 830s 256Gb rather than the Corsair to avoid Sandforce controllers.
I'm not familiar with the AOC screens but they seem rather expensive for a TN 1080 panel. Your're not going to use the tinny speakers anyway.
At that price point you could have a choice between IPS for image quality or 120Hz for speed. I like the quality myself so have a Dell IPS, but YMMV.

I currently have an Asus 23" IPS monitor, whilst its Image quality is good my sister managed to damage it, she poked it too hard..

I was extremely disappointed, I'll probably try and flog this one onto somebody who doesn't really mind it, as it isn't that visible and only shows when the monitor is displaying black/blue in that area.

I have removed the dual monitor setup and replaced it with the Dell IPS monitor recommended by Phage, I have added a fan controller as recommended by c12036, it adds functionality over the built in controller - thanks for that suggestion, I didn't like the Case you suggested though, as the look isn't my thing, besides, I'm used to building in Mid Towers,

And replaced the sandforce controlled SSD's with M830's I heard that the sandforce controllers were having some hiccups, is that still the case or is it definitely better to stick with the M830's?

    Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Have a look at the 550D
    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/corsa...30-atx-w-o-psu
    or the R4
    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/fract...noise-mid-case

The Sandforce have fixed many of their issues, but for reliability I would stick with the 830s. They're a lot cheaper too.

Seems all good to me, however after having used Corsair's Hydro series coolers I highly recommend them! Get a H80 in the back pulling air into case, top 200mm will remove the hot air. Perfect setup as you get fresh air into the cooler and lower ambient temps so graphics cards get a bit more room to breath. Kind of like isolating the different zones for a bonus, and with this you get more static pressure in the case hopefully reducing dust build up Other than that, you seem to be on the money.

Let us know what you get and how the build goes, even some pics if you want

Nearly missed something, OCZ power supply's don't have that great a rep, maybe an antec, corsair or enermax?

If you don't mind me asking, is there any particular reason you went for the Asus P8Z77-V motherboard?

I'm asking because i'm thinking of getting the pro version, but am thinking whether I really need it and if I could get away with using the non pro version.

No particular reason apart from to keep in budget. Asus generally offer a good build quality and a good range of features as well as a usually sane bios, you can probably get away with a cheaper version if you need to. The build quality should be good throughout the range of Asus motherboards as they are probably one of the best as regards to build quality. Would have gone with the PRO if i could get it into the budget, but the none PRO version has two x16 SLI 3.0 slots and USB 3.0, as well as some other useful features which is really all I need.

Depends ultimately on what you want to do with your computer, though.

Thanks for that, i'm tempted to go with the non pro version just to save a bit of money.
I know ASUS have a reputation for quality, however I was starting to get put off by their customer service reputation.

I haven't heard much about there customer services, but it should be your choice whether the quality is a better thing to go for than customer service.

Thanks, i'm still indecisive, however i've realised that the non pro one no longer meets my needs as I need at least two internal usb3 headers.
