    Budget FM2 micro ATX suggestion

System will be used for desktop tasks with no demand on resources. No gaming.

Budgeting at around £200 excluding SSD.

Keeping the following and using Windows 7 Home Premium.
    Silverstone TJ-08
    Corsair VX450
    Toshiba/Samsung TS-H654 optical

Considering the following, but not familiar with AMD if anyone can recommend better.
Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-D3H for native SATA 6Gbps and USB 3.0. Also like UK RMA of Gigabyte if needed.
A8-5500 or may be the A4-5300 will be sufficient to keep budget down.
    Crucial M4 128GB SSD
4 or 8GB dual channel PC3-14900, e.g. Corsair Vengeance Red Low Profile as price is low for the extra.
after market CPU cooler if supplied is poor, e.g. Alpenföhn Civetta

Not looked at Core i3 options as don't think they will fall within budget restraints.

Your choices seem reasonable as the A75 and A85 chipset are the best for both A8 and A10 processors. I wouldn't go lower though as future software will always demand more processing power

Any particular reason for an AMD build specifically? If the desktop tasks aren't going to be intensive then an Intel build based around one of the Sandy bridge Pentiums would in this case be cheaper and do just as well...
