Motherboard for i7 4770k

Hey all, trying to figure out which motherboard to get, but I'm a little iffy on the differences in feature sets.

I'm looking at the Gigabyte Z87X-UD4H and the ASUS Maximus VI Hero. I'm leaning towards the Gigabyte simply because if the worst were to happen, their RMA center is in the UK rather than Taiwan, and ASUS is known for dragging their heels (although the board I'm using now is going strong for 3 years).

I'm not considering the MSI Z87-GD65 as I've only had bad experiences with their boards, two of which died a few days out of warranty.

I've just got my first ROG board (a ASUS Maximus V Gene) and I've gotta to say I love the over clocking and other bios features.

I'd definitely recommend them.
