    I'd try to get hold of MSI Twin Frozr III HD 7950. So many guides on how you can easily overclock it to the performance of a 7970 give or take a couple of frames, not much price difference.

    You're also gonna need to include and OS in that price unless you've already got one handy. Or you can download a trial version and run that until you decide otherwise.

    I would change the i7 4770k for an i5 4670k if this is mainly a gaming system. Maybe put the money toward a HD7970 or SSD
