Just some games like SIMS :-), it´s also for an 12- years old girl who´s going to learn how to work with grafic programms ... no games like Watch Dogs etc. ;-)
It´s not for me, but for my relatives, they don´t play games, they just want something up to 1000€ ...
    Thanx

Just noticed you are from SK. Probably should adjust my advice to be from shops in SK, like ALZA.sk and AGEM.sk?

Case - Down to personal preference, you will choose a mATX or ATX, so unless you will go OTT, no need to give advice.
GPU - AMD is currently the prefered manufacturer for price/performance ratio solutions, R9 270x or R9 280 are just fine. Choose based on price and bundles.
RAM - 16GB would and it is rather an overkill, 2 x 4GB kit would do you just fine. Most motherboards take 4 x memory modules so you could always add an additional 8GB RAM later if you need but I seriously doubt it.
MB - As long the power circuits are cooled, you shouldn't encounter any problems. Just check if your motherboard supports your chosen CPU from the earliest BIOS version.
CPU - Is fine, any reason you chose the 95W version of the CPU instead of the 125W version (FX-8320)?
SSD - MX100 from Crucial, the current leader for price/performance/capacity ratio SSD. Can't argue at this size.
Cooler - I would try to suggest a quiet cooling solution in form of be quiet! Shadow Rock 2. Good cooling performance while staying quiet (apparently).
PSU - 700W PSU for this kind of build is a serious overkill. 500W would do just fine (XFX, EVGA).
HDD - WD Blue for the longer warranty in this price segment? How about WD AV-GP for a 3y warranty?
Monitor - IPS with preferably a anti-reflection surface and speakers (will not take away anything from the screen but as I can't see speakers in the build, would save space on the desk).
DVD - Samsung optical drive. Can't really go wrong. I wonder if you even need it.

    Alza.sk:

Case - Reserved for personal preference - €38/£30
GPU - Sapphire R9 270X DUAL-X OC - €154/£122 (cheapest 270X, for an extra €20 version with AMD Gold coupon available)
    RAM - ADATA 8GB KIT DDR3 1866MHz CL10 XPG Series 1.0 - €72/£57 (2 x 4GB, 1866Mhz)
    MB - GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P - €55/£44 (cooled power circuits, 970)
    MSI 970A-G46 - €62/£50 (cooled power circuits, 970)
    ASUS M5A97 R2.0 - €63/£50 (cooled power circuits, 970)
    CPU - AMD FX-6300 - €96/£77 (hexa-core with unlocked multiplier, popular)
AMD FX-8320 - €134/£106 (octa-core, additional two cores for a slight price increase for the future)
    SSD - Crucial MX100 256GB - €103/£82 (excellent value SSD)
Cooler - GELID Solutions Tranquillo - €24/£19 (to help to cool the CPU quietly)
PSU - Seasonic SS-400ET-T3 - €38/£30 (winner of test @ PCtuning.cz, 400W should cover the power requirements easily)
HDD - Western Digital Blue 1000GB 64MB cache - €51/£41 (not much to choose)
    LCD - 23" LG IPS231P-BN - €133/£106 (anti-reflection surface, pivot, IPS, speakers)
    DVD - Samsung SH-224DB - €14/£11

Proposed system from Alza.sk - €778-824/£617-655. I assume you own a OS already.

    Re: Buying advice

I echo the advice about ram and psu
    2 x 4gb is fine
    550W 500W either is fine
    700 is not needed

    Re: Buying advice

Thanx a lot for your advices, I like the second one from Bonebreaker777 (the one from alza.sk).
Just one another question: I also got an advice to use Intel Core i5-4690K and GIGABYTE Z97X-Gaming 3 (price of the system is 1080€)... what do you think about this?
PS: ... and ...700W was really too much... :-)

Well the 4690k is a great processor, I have it Its great for gaming but I'm not entirely sure you need it for the purpose of your build. You may as well save yourself around £80 and get the amd one suggested. You don't need a gaming mobo unless you want to overclock, which you also don't need to do.
I would stick with Bonebreaker's build

    Re: Buying advice

You don't need an SSD strait away. Also, upgrade the GPU with that spare money. I also think 16GB is unnecessary.
