First game server

I'm confused, why are you building a game server?

What games will it be for?

Why does it need so much storage?

The main issue I see would be down to bandwidth limitations, most domestic connections have upload speeds that are a fraction of the the download speed, so people trying to connect to your server won't get a very good connection speed. With half the amount of money you are a ploughing into the one server you could rent space on an online service that will have better connection rates to offer players using the server and will help with setting up the server to deal with the game(s) you want to host on it but most importantly it would outlast the service life of the server you are planning to build.

Also trying to get people to crowd fund your server when you only have 22 posts on here is not likely to get much of a positive response, I wouldn't contribute because I don't feel that your contribution to this community is big enough warrant my giving you any support for this project.

You crowd funding site request donations in dollars. HEXUS is UK based, and while we have an international readership, the majority of members are in the UK/EU.

Your crowd funding site does not mention a game server, just a server to help with you studies in an unspecified way.

You have not been a member long, so it does beg the question of whether you joined specifically to ask for finance, rather than contribute to the community.

It would also have been polite to ask first, as the various sticky posts in The General Discussion suggest.
