Hi all, I'm not a pro in computing but I've done some research as I do every time i upgrade my gaming PC. Just wanted some advice on if this build is any good

Asus x-99 deluxe motherboard
Asus 980ti gtx dc3 oc strip gtx card
Intel i7 5920k
4k asus pb287q 28" monitor
Unsure on ram at the moment( any suggestions)
I already have ssd drives and hard drives. I also have an 850wt psu which should be sufficient
