best of these 2 sets for whs

okay I have been running whs 2011 on a A4 5300 FM2 65w on a Gigabyte F2A85xm-d3h board for years now, but son has upgraded and gave me a Phenom II X4 965 black edition with a Gigabyte MA785GMT-ud2H, is this a better setup for whs or not ?

I would upgrade to a new processor on what you currently have, like a newer a8. the integrated graphics on that board he has are a lot worse than those in your a4. it's sub 20 quid for a a8 at cex.

thanks for the rep[y, as its a server I don't have the graphics or audio in use just using it headless, have had it churning away in the attic for years now

What does it do up there, like an out of the way nas? If it isn't doing anything demanding there is no point going with the x4 as it'll just use more power.

HI was used to back up 4 pcs/laptops and stream media round the house, but kids all move out now and it just stores all my media and photos/documents, just like a home built nas, now that I only back up the 1 pc, I seen the A8 6500 is only 65w, the same as what I have but more cache

Plasma are surprisingly effective against M sized ships. But they are not effective in any way against S, that´s where all the other turrets will shine. So best to use a mix of turrets.
