    No graphics

When I started the computer today I got no graphics output to the monitor. Tried two cables and different ports with no success. Tried a different monitor but with the same result. Any ideas what to do next. It's all water-cooled so I'm reluctant to start pulling cards out.

    Cheers

    Ron

    OK
Had aphone call from Scan with some advice and that seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks to the Scan guys for a speedy response.

    Re: No graphics

    Hi,
the same problem has recurred. Can someone from Scan leave a note here for me how to contact them. The computer stopped today with the previous problem which I thought was repaired at the end of last year. I have reset the bios but still no success. I'm away for three weeks now and it failed an hour before my taxi to the airport came. I would like to organise a date to take it to the shop when I get home so it can be overhauled.

    Regards

    Ron

    Re: No graphics

    Hi,
sent an email last week outlining the problem and included the build number and invoice. I asked for advice about returning the computer to Scan in person for repair but still haven't had a response.

    Hi Ron,

Sorry you haven't had a response, I'll look into it first thing tomorrow morning.

Did you send an email to system support or log an OLQ through the Scan website?

    Regards,
    Rob @ Scan
