I first ordered my system from you on 15th November 2010. I didn't receive a working system until 17th December 2010 due to long build times and a faulty graphics card and the system have to be returned.
I messaged Scan on 4th January 2011 asking about my first maintenance.
I was told I'd have to pay £70 + VAT for my service as the system was over a year old now.
So I pay over £3000 for a system and you're telling me I now have to pay £70 + VAT for my first service, as I messaged you after the christmas holidays?
After all the trouble I had to begin with, I miss the deadline of 17th Dec by a couple of weeks (which cover the christmas holidays) and you're saying you want to charge me for the service?
I am appalled! What kind of customer service is that? I could understand if it was a normal 2 weeks, but it was over the christmas holidays!
