    Sileo front headphone socket broken

    Hi there ,

My front panel headphone socket seems to be broken , the green ring thing that holds the jack in is completely detached from its unit , would this be covered by my three year warranty and if not how do I go about replacing it ?

    Thanks in advance

Re: Sileo front headphone socket broken

    Hi

Physical damage is not covered under warranty
However I can ask Coolermaster to send us the ports as they are very easy to swap out

The front panel pulls off and there are 2 screws holding the ports in place once these are taken out there are 2 plugs and a SATA connector that need to be unplugged and swapped over

    Regards

    Ben
