    Hi Hifek,

Sorry to hear you're having troubles. We will try to get this resolved as swiftly as possible for you.

Could you please mail your build and invoice numbers to systemsupport@scan.co.uk along with your hexus username.

Are there any lights on the board before you power the system on? i.e. plugged in to the mains but without pressing the power button

Also when you power the system on do any of the fans attempt to spin?

    regards,
    Rob

It sounds like the power supply may be at fault.

If you could do a quick test by removing the power cable from the back of the machine for a couple of minutes then re-connect it, turn the switch on the back of the PSU on and then press the power button while looking inside the system.

Do any lights or fans work for a second or not at all?

    regards,

    Rob

Thanks for doing that test. It confirms its very likely to be the power supply at fault.

If you can send a quick mail to us at the address i posted earlier - if you haven't already. We can then arrange an onsite engineer to arrange a time and date to replace the power supply for you.

    Regards,
    Rob

    Hi,

Hope your system is back up and running once again now the new PSU?

It's very rare that we have any issues with those power supplies!!

    Regards,
    Rob
