Never got my OC/RAM

I came to pickup my E1838621 build from scan yesterday, the basic specs are

i7 3930k
gtx 680
16GB RAM
850w psu

As soon as I got the machine on my desk I went into properties on the computer and I found this:

The OC I was supposed to have was 4.6/4.7 not too sure now

I have no idea why this is happening as I'm sure scan thoroughly tests all computers to make sure nothing is wrong why is my machine like this basically in a mess, I need help quickly before my time runs out if I decide to refund. I'm more then happy to teamview or anything that's needed in order to fix this issue.

Yeah that would help eh ;P I can't show you the picture on the forum because of my post count but should show up on tinypic.

It will show the base speed in Windows properties, mine does too. Google and download HW Info, that will give you your actual o/c speed and a host of other information. I have the same processor as you, system built and o/c'd to 4.2 Ghz by Scan...
