Stuttering in EVERY game

Hey,

I just bought a 3XS system last week and it has been stuttering every single game, no matter what settings I apply. Texture pop-in is also very prevalent in EVERY single game no matter what I do. I have updated the video card drivers to the latest NVIDIA WHQL drivers (301.42) but this didn't fix the problem. The texture pop-in and stutter even occurs in Minecraft... Enough said?

I am at a loss as to where to go now and need help as this system is practically unusable.

Is it with a GTX670 or GTX680??

It is an issue that Nvidia have finally acknowledged and said they will try to solve with newer drivers.

Its the GTX 560TI. I am also now being met with BSOD after updating through windows update. Why does nothing ever work for me D:

The new 30x drivers cause a lot of problems fir 5x0 series cards - i'm unable to use them for my 580 because Skyrim turns into a slideshow. I'd really recommend going back to the 296.10 driver and trying it again - choose custom and clean install when doing so.

There be something very wrong with the latest drivers right now..

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and see if these programs are running and if so end task them as they have been known to cause massive slow down and lag

Sorry about my very long absence. The issue has just started to re-appear again but this time worse. I can definitely hear a very loud screeching sound coming from my card when under any load above 50%. Also, my computer has been completely locking up and requiring me to force a shutdown, usually when this happens there is a loud buzz coming from the speakers (Asus Xonar DG card). I'm fed up, frustrated and I just want a PC that works. I've tried using the 296.10 drivers and I've also tried using the two latest 304.XX drivers and the latest one seems to have calmed the issue down but its still present. MSI Afterburner is disabled (I have an MSI GTX 560TI 448) along with all other overclocking software but I just can't get my card to work. I did come in to scan with my PC and they told me that they didn't find a problem with my card and then sent me on my way without even letting me discuss the matter further. I am extremely disappointed right now as I could easily replicate the issue.

TL; DR - Graphics card has freezing and screeching issues on 296.10 and ALL 304.XX drivers, overclocked or stock clocks. Maybe sound card has issue as when PC locks up, it buzzes.
