Exchange sound card?

Hi there,

I recently placed an order for new scan computer which I received yesterday. I have to say I am very pleased in deed. Absolutely excellent build quality.

When I specced the build I initially asked for a Asus Xonar Xense Sound Card but just prior to the build date it was identified that this was out of stock and with no imminent delivery date. On speaking to one of the customer service team and identifying what was in stock at that time I decided on the Soundblaster Titanium HD card.


Unfortunately on setting the system up yesterday I note that the Titanium HD card does not support 5.1 via analogue leads to external speakers!

Is it possible to exchange the Titanium card for an alternative, like the Asus Xonar D2X.



I did send an email to system support yesterday morning and leave a voice mail on the phone line today but have had no reply yet.
