Unusual noise and stuttering

Hello, I purchased a 3xs Vengeance OC 77 custom machine over a month ago. I received it last week. I've noticed there's regular squawking noise. Usually every 5 mins give or take a few mins. Its like nothing I've heard before. It happens on and off. I can't link to any tasks I do, there isn't a pattern with it. Sometimes it does when I open I.e. Firefox, and click on a page or open Call of Duty. Or I can be away from my computer and it still makes this noise. I lasts for about half a second and then goes away for a few minute. Its like a squeak/beep. Its really annoying me and I really want to fix it. It doesn't sound like the fans are catching anything. It sounds like the PC is making this noise. Similar to when you hear the sticky key noise, expect its not sticky keys.

If you need anymore details let me know. Or I could try to record it? My scan system package cost me around £2200 so I don't expect to put up with this noise forever :-/ please help.
