pc died help

my pc died after playing 30min it turned off and wont turn on looks like power supply as this is second time there is a problem

Will anyone get back to me about this as I think scan build my pc wrongly as the power supply broke down just after few months and I got it replaced and same happened again I dont even play much so it must be bad setup from scan or the 1200W power supply are faulty and how come nobody is getting back to me about this ????
